What we keep, and why.
7th Sage Studio LLC, a Florida company, runs 7thsagestudio.com. This page explains what we collect, why, where it lives, and how to have it removed.

What we collect
When you request a proposal. The form asks where you want the business to be in twelve months, your name, email, company, which arts interest you, your timing, and who makes the decision. We also record which page you sent it from and your approximate country, taken from the network connection. Nothing else.
When you email us. Whatever you choose to write, plus your email address.
When you browse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The site remembers a few settings in your own browser, such as whether you turned the ambient sound on. That stays on your device; we never see it.
We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not buy or sell personal information.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare your written proposal, and follow up on that conversation. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask.

Each provider processes the data on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms. On our side, access is limited to the studio's principal.
How long we keep it
We keep proposal requests for 24 months after our last contact, then delete them automatically. If you become a client, we keep what the engagement and the law require.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date above.
